There are laws against being a total fuckwad, you can get arrested for it outside a police station too, your chances of a police officer being within earshot is just lower.
When you ask a police officer a question they are going to ask you questions in return.
If you subsequently ignore them or act like an ass things will not go well for you.
If a cop comes up to you and starts asking you questions? ignore them all you want. But when you start the conversation and then start being a dick what can you possibly expect other than them thinking you suspicious.
When a police officer asks you for your name the correct answer is:
"I would prefer not to tell you" (optionally including a reason)
not to just ignore them.
Ignoring cops will never end well, legally refusing to answer questions you don't have to usually ends much better. Not always, but then you have a real video for youtube.
I dunno, I didn't see anything too terribly odd in that video with the exception of the reporter being a complete asshole.
If he had actually explained himself at any point or followed instructions at any point he'd have had better luck.
Instead of just ignoring what the officer is asking, how about saying "I'd prefer not to tell you my name". For gods sake the officers in some of the video even ask "do you want to identify yourself" to which he ignores them or pretends they're about to beat him.
News flash: acting like a total fuckwad in a police station will get you arrested.
Seriously, there are lots of videos of cops doing the wrong thing, but I fail to see anything in this video that I have an actual problem with.
I suspect there's a fair bit of validity to what you're saying, but I think that the initial success of Facebook had far more to do with restricting the audience.
Since only (in theory) college/university students could join, it spread like absolute wildfire through that group. I believe you're spot on as one of the reasons it continued being successful, but it had next to nothing to do with getting out of the gate.
Largely off-topic but I like that you mentioned #3.
I think that's what Facebook did so very, very well. I find shit posted about me constantly despite the fact that I would never post it myself. It wouldn't even matter if I didn't have an account and although that pisses me off there's nothing I can do about it. I've tried convincing my friends and family that posting everything online is a really bad idea but they don't get it and I like human interaction so I'm stuck.
Incidentally, it seems to be something that Google+ inherently avoids, which makes it so very much nicer but simultaneously destined to failure.
It isn't the reflection of the image that causes problems, it's the surrounding light.
Unless you only ever watch TV in darkness, the bezel becomes a reflector for all overhead lights/windows/etc. The entire scene is moving but there's a fixed point of light on the bezel that throws the hole thing off.
I don't care that much about the material, but I do care a *lot* about the finish.
Brushed aluminum will ensure I never buy it regardless of how good it is. I will only ever buy a TV that has a matte black finish on the bezel. It's the only thing that doesn't intrude on my viewing.
Your comment appears to be that of someone who has taken part in such things, forgive me if I'm wrong about that but it seems so.
I have a completely honest and innocent question, then, to ask of you:
Why would you want to wear a mask?
I cannot imagine a situation where I believe strongly enough to protest something (which I have exactly once in the past) and yet would wish to be anonymous in doing so. To me that's effectively saying "I believe so strongly in this I don't want my identity anywhere near it"
So I'm legitimately curious as to why anyone would want to wear a mask (not that I support making it illegal in any way shape or form)
Robots aren't quite good enough to do the entire thing just yet.
I'm sure Apple would love to bring manufacturing home to the U.S. It would be a big bit of PR, and would give them complete control over the product.
But with U.S. labor laws and wage expectations they won't do it with actual people -- they're too expensive. As a profitable company with a non-charitable set of obligations to the board and share holders U.S. workers for manufacturing is out of the question.
I'll let you in on a secret: my car is worth just as much used (actually more) as one that someone bought six months prior for the same price (actually more, I got a lot of stuff out of the dealer because it was an EOL car).
To say that's a fee is not only disingenuous, it's outright stupid.
You don't need to purchase a car in cash. I bought mine with 0% APR and it has absolutely no administration/hidden fees (unless you want mailed copies of stuff other than the agreement and "receipt")
I simply waited until they were getting rid of the "old" models. Anyone who puts themselves in a position where they absolutely need a car right now is either saving enough money living far away that it's a wash, or deserves to be fleeced.
Well that's a lie, because at the gas station I fuelled up at this morning (in Ontario) Diesel was 3c cheaper than regular.
Perhaps you should stick to reality when making claims.
Note, however, that at such a tiny difference in price you'd have to drive like a million kms a year to make up the difference in purchase price
There are laws against being a total fuckwad, you can get arrested for it outside a police station too, your chances of a police officer being within earshot is just lower.
They have every right to ask you any question they please you fucking retard.
Actually, there are many laws against acting like an ass.
I suspect you've run afoul of some of them, given your vitriol towards police doing their jobs.
You're as much of a moron as the other guy.
Any person whom you're initiating a conversation with is going to expect responses from you. Police officer doesn't even enter into it.
Stop being such a fucking dullard monkey brain.
You can't even manage to keep consistent with your own ramblings.
There is no such thing as "probable cause to make you tell police your name" there is probable cause for arrest, search, etc.
Starting a conversation with police and then running off when they ask for your name... That'll give them probable cause
You're honestly just too stupid to deal with.
You're just being a pillock.
When you ask a police officer a question they are going to ask you questions in return.

You're an asshat.
You've completely missed the point (somehow).

I can answer that for you!

Well now you're just lying, because that's exactly where I found it.
Laziness and stupidity are bad traits, throw in dishonesty and you're just a bad person.
You should go back and actually read what he said.
Seriously, you couldn't find the 4gb bundle on walmart's site?
http://www.walmart.com/ip/Xbox-360-4GB-Console-w-Kinect/15196666
See, a lot of people are saying that and they're all wrong (in my case at least)
$1500 was the option. I get more than that in interest by investing the money.
I could have bought it out right, I chose not to because it was cheaper.
it was an advertised $2500 cash back, it was actually $1500 for my car (to get the $2500 you had to buy the top-end models).
my car after everything I negotiated cost (as close as matters to) $21,500
1500/21500 over 5 years = 1.39% interest
Trust me, I get better than that.
I'd have had to be a moron to actually pay up front for it.
I'll let you in on a secret: my car is worth just as much used (actually more) as one that someone bought six months prior for the same price (actually more, I got a lot of stuff out of the dealer because it was an EOL car).

No, it comes in place of a cash back discount.
Please stop posting forever.
See, I like to read with AC comments visible because there are legitimate reasons for posting AC and some of them have useful things to say.
You however, are a blithering moron and others like you make me want to turn AC comments off altogether.
Ah well don't get me wrong -- I'm not saying that this is a good deal, it isn't.
But you were completely condemning the 4GB version as a useless device, and it just isn't.
