at +55yo, I don't know why I (for sure) like the goofy R&C. I played all the DukeNukem, Wolfenstein, and DOOM on PC (well the last Wolf* was on PS2), but now the more realistic (DOOM, HalfLife,...) FPS games put me in a foul mood for hours. I seek the more entertaining artistic/comical (less dark) FPS/Adven games. I have never seen apocalypse now, full metal jacket... to much to think about. The sports (Madden who?) and driving (Nascar) stuff doers nothing for me. I like to get lost, slap-stick whack a few things, and chuckle often when I am gaming. Online, If I respawn to often I look for some other place, my EHC and reflexes are not up to juvenile speed anymore [DANG!].

We in the USA we have a national language of English for communication any other language can be used and may cause business/personal/... problems. The WWW/Internet has the IMO W3C national language for Global WWW/Internet communications and collaboration. If you want to win you must always be on the offense. Offense or Defense will always win a battle, but only offense can win the war.

Defense-only is as dumb as all the ObSec (Obscurity Security) governments and business want to implement. Clear the decks, clear the laws, clear for battle, take the SOBs out, and don't provoke the good public and citizens with further legislative/regs/policies stupidity.
