    Mathematics well about 99.999% of the math in use today is prior art that is over 100 years old. High level...theoretical mathematics typically only has a practical and applied science/economic purpose/use...value centuries later.

    Also, saying someone has a legal right to a type of math/equation or theory is like saying someone owns all humans (...insanity/silly). Anyone can do 2+2..., if a SCO, Dell, Oracle, CN, EU, TW, US mathematician uses math, there is no reasonable way to say "I DID IT FIRST" or last.

    E=MC^2 has more in common with a (non-abstract) fine art master piece, than a patent, copyright... troll-law or elitist-economics.

    My choice is tablet with WiFi and bluetooth with no-G. I always want to pick my #G phone company, fuck the products that try to tie me to a specific prick-G for a day or year.

    Ask your legal staff if http://www.libreoffice.org/ and other LFOSS/GPL... products are less problematic legally. I am not a lawyer, but I suspect (if the lawyers are technology aware) the answer is YES!

    If I paint a house red, it is red.

    If I perform a task that has resulted in the same specific outcome, then it is a little stronger than belief. In fact, it is reasonable, which elevates it to actuality well outside the irrational realm of dogma and fantasy.

    I reason that actuality exist. Dogma and fantasy may be a reality for some...; Hence, "Reality is self-induced hallucination." IOW: Political/religious... dogma belief/faith reality is proof of insanity in an individual/community. Often individuals/communities that regurgitate dogma and never question reality are TFNuts and malevolent (burning witches...mass murder of native people...gassing Jews...).

    The manipulation of words always results in lies. Politicians, clergy, criminals, and horny boys need to manipulation words for much the same reason - fuck others up with the clear conscientious of a sociopath.

    Science cannot manipulation words and must replicate results consistently.

    Wave, particle, micro, macro... physics concepts are not that complicated, just sometimes poorly communicated or irrationally rejected by adelophobics.

    The FBI field and lab folks are very good, but they don't set policy on what FBIT will do. Many are isolated from collaboration, aggregation... with other FBI peers.

    Management is in charge of failure at the strategic level, because strategy is policy and plan without tactical actuality.

    IOW: Any idiot can plan from the top down, but only the worker-bees/pack-mules can build from the bottom up. Contractors work for management not the employees. Management needs a committee of IT competent field+HQ offices branch personnel applying upper-level policy/plans and working to build what really needs to work together.

    This is a common problem with .com, .gov, .mil... large organizations. What management wants needs should be need to be tailored to fit the field/branch and HQ offices as individual unique and as unified community. You can put a shirt on like pants, but without the belt-loops, it is a king's new cloths incident.

    I have worked telecommunications for ~30 years. Yes, last-mile technology is available. No, there is not a conspiracy.
