    See above: I removed the doubleclick, which was my fault for using the drag and drag URL thingie - and the update took longer to propogate.

    The update took longer then the link correction - Apache has to propogate for it to come up.

    yes, there is still a VA Japan - and yes, they still do Linux. Kernel Consulting work, custom solutions, and they even still sell servers.

    Uh, the machine is still running. There's a wonderful thing called max clients in Apache. So, while the machine may be slow to you, it's running fine for me, logged into it.

    So, no, I don't feel any different about it.

    Well, because under US corporate law, if a company fails to do what is best for their shareholders, then they are under civil law, and in some cases, criminal negligent, and can be sued.

    You'd be correct. The selling is impression-based, but advertisers are more likely to return to sites with high click-throughs.

    Personally, as my livlihood is dependent on ads, I'm obligated to dislike them. *grin*
