    one squeeze and it authenticates the device and no one is going to try stealing that.

  4. roger that, heck i am lucky if i remember the actor's name in 98% of the shows and movies i watch. and i certainly don't give a rats ass about thier politics. if some one wants to play politics then their option is to create art that represents that and then I can choose to either see it or not.

    and i will not be watching the press tour, not just hers but any other actors as well. she wants to go out on her own dime and say something or better yet affect some change by her actions and not spotlight interviews promoting her movie... more power to her.

    3 out of 4 carriers, not just ATT
    i am sure in a couple years when "only" 5g is supported the 4G will all have to be traded in for new phones.

    isn't that part of the question, do you try to buy local/US made?
    i do but its not always available even at a higher cost. and cost is part of the real equation. Not every one has the luxury to search for American made products, even the ones that are just packaged here.
    can't talk about manufactured in China without talking about job loss or income inequality.
    we must buy cheap because we can't afford anything more.

  20. Its a valid question from a western POV, however historically when was China this "gentler, freer, more prosperous"?
    I think any one culture cannot impose their ideology on another and come away feeling good.
    Chinese people Are more prosperous, free, and have always been gentle. can't say the same about their government but that is an internal Chinese issue.
    same can be said about other cultures we seem to be at an odds with.
