    That's the thing about multi-national corporations. They "live" in every country they have an office in. If said person in your example had a vacation home in China, you could bet your ass they'd lawyer up or face a loss of wealth.

    So your example really isn't equivocal to the situation in TFA.

    The way I understand it, it's not illegal to get high, it's illegal to grow, own, sell, give to minors or operate heavy machinery. If it was illegal to get high every failed company drug test would be followed by a trip to jail.

    DK2 works fine on my girlfriend's Vista laptop & my co-worker's Win7 gaming rig.

    1.) Get newest version of QSound.dll you can find, put it in DK2 dir.

    2.) Install DirectX 9.

    3.) Run in WinXP compatibility mode.

    An anecdote for your statement. My step-brother recently bought a PS3 & replaced most of his 360 games because his recently out of warranty 360 decided to die exactly one day after he upgraded the (non-custom) firmware on it for the very first time. I tried to get him to just upgrade his PC into a gaming rig instead, but he wouldn't have it.

    I hate Sony as much as anyone else on /., but you just make yourself look like an idiot saying things like that.
