The real problem now is that instead of the press harping on every thing the Congress and Presidency did while under Republicans they have suddenly clammed up.
Well thank God Fox News is finally off the air... wait, what?
Putting the Ford Fiesta on the table immediately destroys the comparison. American automakers view economy vehicles as just a means to get to a cheap frontend pricetag. They are crap cars that tend to implode as soon as their warranty expires and are not likely to make it to 10 years on the road like a Mazda or Toyota.
Anecdote maybe, but I have a `99 Neon Expresso, bought new, with 300k miles on it. Original engine & transmission.
Well you've made it plain that you've never taken LSD & you've obviously made your mind up about a subject you seem to know woefully little about, so & will simply bid you a good day sir.
where before a mind might contemplate philosophy, literature, art, now you have an interrupt cycle which turns this person into a drug seeking zombie
I'll see that & raise it with a....

RrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrEAL fucking high on drugs. The Beatles were so fucking high, they let Ringo sing a few songs." --Bill Hicks
Also, let's not forget Keith Richards.
Anyhow, I personally don't want the selling of cocaine, heroin & meth to be legalized or decriminalized. I do want personal possession of all drugs to be decriminalized, however.
Last time I checked, CodeMasters wasn't Zynga, their target audiences weren't the same & the only similarities between their products is that they are both computer entertainment.
No, I personally don't think meth is even close to the same level as caffine, but complete decriminalization is working out very, very well for Portugal.
Yeah... you let me know how that works out for you. I mean I'm already not buying your games because they are overall pretty shitty, but let's just throw one more reason onto the pile.

Weak troll is weak.
Wow.. .that is really, really, really stretching it, isn't it?

Absence of fossil evidence is not evidence for Creationism.
...crickets...
It wasn't an insult, I am curious. When the Beatles started making music in the 60's they were revolutionary.
And you are how old?
Yeah, such a horrible ban. Oh wait, it's not banned at all, but the author is in fact a crackpot.
Thanks to the "War on Drugs", law enforcement has been doing this since the mid 80's. Maybe this is just the next logical step?
Conspiracy nut much?
What are you talking about?
Well you've made it plain that you've never taken LSD & you've obviously made your mind up about a subject you seem to know woefully little about, so & will simply bid you a good day sir.
Yeah, well history & popular culture both say it's a little bit of both & not the black & white view you are espousing.
So, I'll go with history & culture, thanks.

This is exactly what they have done in Portugal, and it's been a smashing success across the board.
Really? Ok, Knights of the Nine, maybe? How about the Fallout DLCs?
Really good rebuttal there, Spanky.
but for things like cocaine, heroin, meth: the addictive effects of the drugs themselves are worse than any prohibition effects
You are mistaken, re: Portugal.
Have a nice day. :D
No, Portugal's tactics are for reducing drug *abuse*.
and if you don't know why drug use has to be constantly cleaned up, you don't know much about your world and human nature
Appeal to Authority + Ad Hominem. Let's hear some actual reasons instead, please.

If binaural beats are made illegal and deemed "narcotic", then the "drug war" is more about denying people access to their own minds.
This is what the drug war has *always* been about. The rest of you are just now starting to figure it out.

I bet you are fun at parties.
