And that kind of shortsighted, Rob Peter to pay Paul thinking is why this country is rapidly heading to a brink which it will not recover from in any form recognizable today.
They are only in business because they keep getting propped up by the Gov. If they weren't in business, they couldn't offer fares at all, therefore they can only offer cheaper fares because of government handouts.
I've been driving 45 minutes one way to work for over a decade & I'd get on a freaking train in a heartbeat if it was fesable for me to get to work by one.
I live in north Florida & would rather live here than any of the other states I've traveled to. It's relaxed, traffic is nothing compared to say, Dallas or Atlanta, cost of living is pretty low, the weather is nice ~85% of the time & for the most part the other inhabitants are friendly.
Really the only things I hate about where I'm at are the mosquitos & yellowflies during the spring & summer.
.. someone is taking a popular "problem", tangently tying it to a technological issue & trying to figure out ways to sell feel-good services around them.
Yeah, I've probably watched a grand total of 5 hours of TV so far this year, so I would have missed that. On top of that, I'm at work during the time when they'd probably be advertising (to unemployed people).
"Get caught using a proxy to write about why you hate Obama?"
I'm pretty sure half of the internet would be shut down by now if this was actually illegal. I wish this *was* made illegal since such a flagrant violation of our Constitutional rights would get a lot of people off the couch & in their politician's face.
No, around here at least it has to be a real accredited college. My step-brother is a jailer at the county lock-up & I learned all this stuff during his application. Pretty sure ITT doesn't do criminal justice anyhow, but I could be wrong.
Hell, ITT & ACT will still set you back quite a bit if you're a dumb kid & decide to go that route, I have friends that are still paying off loans from those places.
A few years ago China grounded one of our "spy" planes & sent it home in crates.
A few weeks ago China ran one of our naval vessels out of international waters.
I don't know about admission, but if they aren't too worried about publicly screwing with us in meatspace, I really don't think they'd be worried about it in cyberspace.
I was going to buy Flock on Stardock's Impulse, but it had SecuROM in it so I passed. The nice thing, is it was out there in big white letters that it had DRM.

Excellent points.

And how much money have the various airlines received from the Fed?
Airfares are cheaper cause they are constantly getting bailed out by the fed.
Looks like it's being worked on.

Uh, no, asking a stranger for a blow job out of the blue isn't something a normal person would do. That shit only works in pornos.
No, they waited 10 more years to release the NeoGeo, which was God knows how much in today's inflation-money.
Same here, but regarding the other 47 contiguous states.
I love Florida. I do however, hate Miami.
I'll do that but, if gamedevs don't realize that SecuROM is poison by now, I really don't think I can help them.

Have fun!
I screwed up in my first post. I should have said Associate's Degree, not Bachelor's.

Where I live, cops have to have at the very least a Bachelor's degree, preferably in criminal justice.
It's scary how dumb a lot of college grads are though.
And probably in the name of some God or another.
Very disappointing.
That went *badly* for Circuit City.

I was wondering how the hell it "flew" in a vacuum.
