Yeah, but what kind of punishments are said judges now looking at for abusing their power? Those motherfuckers are in *deep* shit & the civil cases haven't even started yet.

Do you know what they do to judges in prison? At the very best these guys are looking at 5 years in solitary since they won't be able to go into general population without getting shivved.

.. as an owner I can honestly say that I haven't bought a game for my PSP in months. Most titles seem to be geared towards 14 year olds, but the 14 year olds are all getting DSes. I'd love to see a re-release of FF3 or FF7 or another decent new RPG. Last one I tried was Valhalla Knights II & it's just horrible. I don't even care if they are ports from older systems, just please stop the suckage.

  12. Making Blacklists work on Germany Institutes Censorship Infrastructure · · Score: 2, Insightful

There is one way to make a blacklist work & prevent it from being abused. Keep it private to where only law enforcement (not politicians) can use it. Make it Wikipedia style to log the time & date of changes made as well as the UID & IP person submitting the changes. Then if the changes made are later found out to be inconsistent with the goal of the blacklist, you *arrest* the submitter & charge them with *felony* unlawful access to a computer system. If they want to be have a police state we can show them that it can work both ways.

There is a bus stop right in front of my office. The buses here run on natural gas & have bike racks on the front of them. I'm pretty sure you could bring a bike on a train. I spend about $60 a week in gas on a 4 cylinder car to get back & forth. An extra $240 - train fees a month would really look good going into my savings account right now & would be well worth a little extra hassle getting to work.
