I am for the possible lab meat because no matter if you are a meat eater or plant eater you are a murderer. Both plants and animals are living beings, they both reproduce, they both have been shown to have emotions, they both bleed when cut, they both die, they both are born, they both eat, they both breath.
However at least the meat is dead when we eat it. Having a fresh salad means actually eating something that is still living.
I worked at Walmart at one time and found there are individuals in town who will go through trash on the curb and take only the broken items that they think Walmart will exchange. I had a city employee who almost got a refund for a non working sanyo tv that was in a brand new sanyo box. Fortunately I caught it just as the refund was being approved. There was another individual who was returning a weed eater for exchange and it turned out it was put on the curb by the Sporting Goods Dept manager the day before.
Also lets not forget about those who have yard sales, a neighbor of mine took a broken down table and a few other items I put on the side of the road and I found them at their yard sale a few months later.
Needless to say, if restrictions were place on trash, there will be those who will have to look for another source of income.
Side note: If you have stuff that can be embarrassing to you and if there is nothing in the garbage that can lead to you, throw the trash into a local dumpster or accidently place it on the curb in front of your neighbors home and blame it on the wild dogs.:-)
1. You say you are a branch office, then turn them over to the corporate lawyers. 2. No matter what, this is a legal problem so you really need to talk to a lawyer.
However, my opinion, whatever that means.
1. It seems since you have the license to use the product, they should provide the name and address of the person who is trying to install it. 2. How do you know the Cease and Desist letter is for real? Are you contacting them through the contact info in the letter or are you contacting them through other means. 3. You say everyones computer is clean, how about their home computer?
Personally I like serving on Jury Duty, the company I works for will pay me normally and the court will also pay me. Get paid twice. I get the day off of work with pay even if I am at the courthouse only five minutes.
Besides, I served several times and since they ask jurors questions out loud, I learned interesting things about some neighbors:-)
Basically it states that it is illegal to share a connection your service with others outside of your immediate household. In some cases even with your immediate household. It is the same as sharing your cable service between others in your neighborhood. It also states how isps are cracking down on this with sniffers.
