Speaking as a current employee, it is true that about 40% of Blockbuster's Revenue comes from EVF (Extended Viewing Fees). Also, most stores no longer participate in "Guaranteed in Stock" movies, so I would doubt that this would be a viable option for blockbuster.

Some movies get rented upwards of 50 times while they are on the wall, this would require having 50 times the inventory that is normally carried.

Yeah, but for the rich guy who already has the Porsche (and the Ferrari), this is a cool little thing to waste some money on. And much cheaper than a private jet :)

  4. Where do they get $230 on AOL/TW Plans for $230 Monthly Cable Bill · · Score: 1

Do there numbers come from a specific region of the US? Because here in Columbus, OH, my bills look as follows:

    Digital Cable/RoadRunner/Premium Channels: $100
    Local Phone/Long Distance Service: 50

Thats only $150 for everything Time Warner is looking to provide. Are prices more expensive in other areas of the US?

Hey, I am a 22 year old who found pastry masturbation hysterical! I actually saw this movie last night, and while the plot is non-existent, it was hilarious. I never trust any ratings for a movie aside from my own.

I wonder what kind of terms and conditions will be on this insurance? Will insurees be required to run a certain OS or web software, and will there be certain security guidelines that they must follow?
