The mandatory equipment lists are different for turbine aircraft and they are also different for type of service. If all you know is based on your Mom's Cessna then you need more quality time w/the FAR/AIM.

Seriously, how many engineers do you know whose base pay is over $200K/year? I've been working in SV since 1987 and I only know a handful of people like that (although sometimes bonus does significantly shift that number).

Agreed. This is the automatic response (note I didn't say the good or fair response) on the theory your opponent cannot afford a defense and will simply capitulate. Almost no attorney will accept the defense on contingency, you will have to pay up front. Depending upon where you live, probably $20K just to get to "show cause" and more during "discovery" and even more during the "trial". This would be a great time to consider what those pictures are worth to you because law != justice and participation is not optional.

Mod up. I have been contracting since 1992 and a large part of my job is play nice with all sorts of unattractive people. I often wonder how many of them managed to get hired in the first place, but that really does not matter. They were in place when I got here and most likely they will be here when I leave. Smile and cash the checks, or go get a job where you can happily pick fights w/your coworkers.
