You obviously never tried it in multiplayer. One of the sort of good things with Diablo II is the central storing of characters, this is NOT done in Dungeon Siege, easily allowing outrageous cheating. Altho, I still find Dungeon Siege interesting, but with single-player cheats already out (and yes, you can "import" single player chars) it will be impossible to play online. I dont want to run into 100 chars with all stats at 150, with unlimited money, etc etc. Great idea with the game, but they have ruined the multiplayer part which could have been awsome.
I've got alot of spam recently which comes from open relays which probably are home/ADSL users, a network below kix.ne.kr. I've tried to contact Kix, but no response yet. I think I'm gonna blacklist them. Not seen much other Asian spam yet, tho.
I myself run a P75, dual NICs and E-smith.
I think it does the job nicely, quick install with some basic questions to answer, no fuzz with manually editing files (altho, I have modded it a bit myself).
It seems fairly secure even tho it's based on RedHat, alot of services chroot'ed. "Built in" clients for some dynamic DNS services. Seems to have some public support too.
Anyone else here use E-smith? What do you think?
hmm, ghost is not a good thing, in some cases...
Altho, unattended install of NT/2k and installing applications using responsefiles etc etc is not that hardware dependent...
But I do get your point.
Maybe you should check out the expansion then, since it will be able to run in 800x600 according to PlanetDiablo and Blizzards sign up form for the beta test.
According to Swedish press they had hired some external IT consultants to aid on the raid.
The raid was not conducted by the police but by the Enforcement agency.
The software company they raided has some free services like webspace and email, sorta like hotmail, freebox.com.The hacker/cracker had supposedly put up a copy of the files somewhere on freebox.com.
The hacker/cracker goes under the 'hacker alias' LEEIF says the press too.
This info from an article in the Swedish newspaper 'Expressen' (in Swedish).
I've tried QNX for a couple of weeks now and I like it.
Altho compiling stuff has been a bit of a prob, but I'm no ace anyways, so maybe it's me.
Too bad it isn't really free.
Anyway, since chars are stored locally, it's prone to cheating. 'nuff said Mr A Coward!

I guess that you saying that you'll never get AIDS is based on the fact that you "ain't getting it".
Word!
Could not agree more.
