You are an idiot if you purchase hardware today for the OS that might exist in the future. It doesn't matter what it costs. Either that price is acceptable at the time of purchase, or it's not. Whining that 7 years later Apple releases an OS without support is just whining.

I don't think it's Apple's fault that you have decided, years after the fact, that your purchase was, retroactively, a waste. It may be Apple's fault that support was dropped (really, who else could be at fault?), but that doesn't change the value of the computer at the time of purchase.

You are so stupid, it's probably painful. It's just that you've always been stupid, so you don't know what a pain-free existence is like.

If you know where someone is, he hasn't been disappeared. That's like saying that someone in the bathroom is disappeared because you can't see them.

Whether Manning is being tortured is not at all relevant to the question of whether he has been disappeared.

The US has not requested extradition of Assange, and there is no evidence that the US Government cares a whit for his existence. No one is going to be promoted for going after Assange, because Assange is only important in Assange's mind.

If you hadn't quoted the GP out of context, you might have a point.
