    "Created equal" says nothing at all about what happens afterward. And that phrase was used by a group that went on to codify slavery in its constitution. Don't take the words so seriously, they were never meant to apply to everyone.

    And other countries don't need to brand political donations as free speech because they allow bribes without the politically-necessary patina of respectability.

    With NFC, you can approve the transaction without removing your phone from wherever it's currently stored (pocket, purse, etc.). That's the advantage.

    Severe paranoia and delusional thinking are signs of neural impairment. You should see a doctor.

    A modern smartphone tends to be much more secure than the average PC. Unless you side-load Android apps from shady suppliers, you're rather unlikely to be running any software in a position to capture transaction details. This is not at all true on a PC.

    You must not have shopped in a retail store lately, or you would have noticed that every cashier is quite familiar with barcode readers, and in busy stores, they are used thousands of times a day.

    You also can't do it with tests.

    For many decades, we had schools in which the teachers gave tests that they created it. They used them to grade the students. Failed students would be held back. Passing students would continue their academic career. That's how practically every education American was raised, even in the private schools. Ask yourself what happened that a complete change was required. Why is it suddenly necessary for standardized tests to be created by biased third-parties? Why is it so important that every single child advance at the same rate as every other?
