    You apparently don't understand the American legislative system. If SCOTUS rules a law to be Constitutional, it is Constitutional. That is the particular power granted to SCOTUS -- to declare a law Constitutional or Unconstitutional. In fact, that is their only power.

    If we can proof with archaeological studies that we are nothing more than the descendants of one and the same tribe that was lucky to survive in a post-apocalyptic world, we might offer a (scientific) alternative to the tales written by star worshipers a couple of millenniums ago that claim that one tribe is chosen above the other by some imaginary super natural being. It's partly because of digging in history through archeology that western society managed to become enlightened.

    Of course the religions you rail against believe that all humans descended from one couple, and yet still believe that "one tribe is chosen above the other", so your chances of convincing anyone are well below negative infinity.

    In other words, that you could even spout such nonsense shows that you don't have the brains God gave the religious fanatic.

    The single column approach is implemented poorly too. Very often, my experience is that the white space on either side is not proportional to the width of the window. What happens is that the page extends past the left and right window borders and the page has to be scrolled horizontally to center the text within the window. Even worse is reading on the phone and having the column not shrink to the width of the window.

    When you don't want to look like a moronic, raging asshole, you might want to pick an example that makes sense. The iOS Mail app has an archive button right in the toolbar. You don't need any gesture, might less an obscure gesture, to find it. A perfectly natural tap activates it.

    OS X apps also change menus when pressing the Opt/Alt key. On the plus side, the changes are live, in that you can see the change in an open menu as you press and release the key.

    That is false. AOSP can be used for free, and there are devices that use it. That Google's apps and services are not available is no different for any other platform Google doesn't support, such as Ubuntu Phone or Symbian or Meego.

    Except build numbers have absolutely nothing to do with any of that. In most IDEs, the build number is just a count of the number of times you hit the build button. Any particularly value is entirely meaningless on its own.

    In other words: devs may be going retard, but you hit moron shortly after birth.
