    Yes but your robots.txt will get the spambots away from your email address as well. Thing like guest list should be in a robots.txt anyway so I don't do a search and comeup with 300 Guest books.

    Make sure your /boot partion is in the first 1024 cyclinders. I known LBA32 is an option in later versions of redhat but old bios still don't alwas work.

    Most of what you described are DHCP related and I work for a Cable Provider and tools for checking things like that are already in place that let you view that type of info without direct access to the equipement. As for requireing AT&T Comcast Tech you are most likely right and I have no idea how bad schduling could be.

    A Bug is a bug and unless the bug deals with an API problem it can be fixed with 1.0.1 just as easyly as 1.0.0. 1.0 is a point in which the API gets a Locked in and Mozilla converts to almost pure bug fixes and stops making changes to the API.

    Have you every pulled your PCMCIA Nic out of you windows 2000 laptop before. Mine frezzes once regular not all the Times I eject the card. Under Redhat I haven't had any problems with the Linksys PCMCIA Nic.

    It apears to be more about deep linking then about fair use concerns. The Real Problem is the courts are trying to figure a balance of fair use and deep linking... It is like the EMail question. Were does the right to send email to someone end and spam begin. These are hard questions to answer and the courts are tring to make case law to set that balance.

    By me one and I will show you. It already has USB ports aka USB keyboard & Mouse... It has ports for IBM Micro Drivers AKA storage... Already do able they question is why would you want to do that other then maybe to do a software upgrade

    Were did you get that idea!!! I have two Radio Shacks in my area and when I bought something from the one I made a mistake in my address the other I did right and I get mailers for both address... I talked with someone once about it and they said that the take the list and merge them for dups then send out. Robert

    We use that at my ISP which support way over 500 thousand users for pop3. It seems to work ok not great for pine thought but good for netscape & outlook express.

    Well I think we are missing the main point and that is how stable linux is over NT...

    Example: At work we use Windows NT in the Tech. Support depart were I work. To prevent Windows NT from becoming unstable we have been almost completely locked out of the systems we can't even write to the local hard drive. Which make since with Windows NT but that means everything must be saved to the network drive again no problem unless you network drive is on a Windows NT server. In the last 5 weeks I have had my network drive disapear on me 3 separate times. To cope I have had to backup my bookmarks by emailing them to yahoo.com and leaving it on there mail server so when Windows NT eats my network drive again I will still have my bookmarks which I need to do my job at work.

    My point is who care if they needed 1 NT box or 2 Linux box to hold my network drive? Most user really don't care as long as there data is there when they need it which Windows NT 4.0 can't seem to do at least it my case.
