    I tried to make many things in Flash and had to give up. That product is made for designers and not web developers.

    For example try to make a drop down menu in Flash.

    CSS, JavaScript and HTML / PHP, ASP is the way to go if you want to make something good looking and usefull.

    Flash is very cool for presentations and don't want to say anything bad about it but its business strategy usefullness is low.

    This would be the perfect transportation solution for a city like Pheonix AZ since the population concentration is very high spread, therefor buses and any other transportation systems are inefficient.

    Walking in the crazy summer heat at 120 F from the bus station, home even for short distances would be very annoying if not impossible.

    That reminds me of what they did in australia to control the population of rabbits.
    They introduced predators to hunt the rabbits and the predators ended up liking kangaroos more then rabbits so they started hunting the kangaroos.

    Maybe it's better to just have nature take its course?

    I can dual boot Windows and RedHat so I'm sure Be could have devloped a workaround.

    If they (he) wants to sue Microsoft they should sue them for using the word Me which is so similiar to Be. After all, Microsoft is suing Lindows for using a name similar to Windows.

    What about Special Edition crown royal that is wrapped in cloth, can that be considered unlicensed molotov cocktail in late stage of development since alcohol is flamable?

    Biggest Molotov cocktail to date: Boeing 737 and the people that used it are still at large :(

    I respect Soros and I had only to gain many times from whatever he did, this article shows we will all have to gain from him.

    The economy downturn started with the MS lawsuit and vulnerabilities in the MS code when the "Loveletter" virus spreaded. Are they related? Well looking at the way things went ever since, clues are there that they are.

    I don't know about the XBOX but the Playstation 2 controller senses how hard you press on the buttons or how hard you push the stick which is really cool and it seems like that is what they are suing for.

    This happens because of closed architecture of devices such as cameras. That makes them impossible to be upgraded. So in case you will want the new technology you can't make use of any parts of your Sony DV camera that you paid for. :(

    I would like to see high resolution USB or Firewire pc cameras that you can hook up to your laptop and capture high quality images and not have to buy whole new camera and it's expensive chipset every time there's a new technology.
