By the way, do you know about all the people who have been incinerated and electrocuted by Apple phones? I don't think Apple wants people to know about that.
I do use Firefox. I feel that that Google intentionally (and arguably illegally) tries to undermine Firefox by various stratagems. For the most part, successfully.
I thought Facebooks user experience always sucked. It's just that the real lives of Facebook users suck even more, so they stick around every day gobbling the poop because at least it tastes better than pile of shit that serves as a miserable excuse for a life. Oh, and can you please tell me what your pet ate for dinner tonight?
So many otherwise intelligent people fail to understand the meaning of monopoly market power. This does not mean total control of a market, it means controllilng enough of it to, for example, force terms on customers that would not necessarily be acceptable in the presence of real, credible competition. There's more, but please start with this basic fact.
And when you try to use a tablet as a laptop replacement, it sucks, because for example the keyboard and mouse support is just wrong. There is no valid reason for this. A large number of powerpoint-based engineering decision makers need to burn in hell.
Now that Google has used its monopoly power successfully to obtain dominance in the previously open browser market, guess what is going to happen to your clever ad blocker strategy.
Make that 14,999,999,999 users. Because I, for one, am swearing off Youtube forever, because of the intolerable level of advertising now inflicted on me. Not only is the advertising far too frequent, it is consistently irrelevant and tasteless. Also delivered at a volume level consistently higher than the average video. (I thought that was a trick used only by sleazebag crap radio operators.) There are several superior alternatives, including Vimeo, which more often than not has the video I am looking for these days, and without abusive/evil region restrictions.
The "don't be evil" left the Google building long ago.

While the battery servicing is an issue not one of my colleagues has ever had a battery issue.
Because maybe they don't own their phones long enough? I have replaced the battery on every phone I have owned, with the exception of those ancient candybars (that lasted 8 days on a charge)
There is a serious amount of complacency within Microsoft if they think that product rollouts like this are acceptable and won't a) confuse and b) anger their customers.
I don't see anything wrong with confusing/angering Windows shee... err, sorry, customers. After all, they created this monster. I can only conclude that they enjoy getting it continuously up the back door. Sort of like right to suicide... no problem if you don't hurt anyone else while you're doing it.
Right, you get it. Vint Cerf is the nascissist/geek bully who pushed the crap IPv6 design on the world, arguably one of the most expensive blunders in the history of technology. A self promoting ass who does not deserve his fame. Pretty much everything credited to him was actually done by someone else.
Apple employee much?

Only one question from me: how can I get one if I'm not in South Korea?

Every smart person at Google has tenure, so if you don't like it, then fuck you :)
and I brought the ice pick
You were never invited.

See "dork" above.
You nick sums you up :)
See if you can guess why Google targeted the browser market for hostile takeover.
Now that Google has used its monopoly power successfully to obtain dominance in the previously open browser market, guess what is going to happen to your clever ad blocker strategy.
You wanna try that again? Hint, commas and periods don't show up if you're reading the headline via the URL.
Dunno, were you able to figure out what I meant? Or?...
:Do you ever ask yourself why that is?
Because Google is evil?

She mentions computers taking twenty minutes to start in the beginning of the day...
IOW, a pack of lies.
She was hired as a PR stunt because women were the hot thing in the CEO world at the time...
And what could possibly go wrong with hiring Larry's former bedwarmer and kicked-out-of-the-executive-suite CBCO (Chief Broom Closet Officer)?
IBM's retreat on remote work is only partial.
How long ago did you purchase your phone running Android 2.3 "Gingerbread" new?
Ah, um, let me see... that would be... 9 years.
When did its warranty expire?
How long is its lithium ion battery lasting on a charge
Long time. I replaced the battery, cost me $20, the new one lasts longer that the original, which already lasted days.
and how well is its screen holding up to scratches?
No scratches.
You've had years to save up for a replacement entry-level Android phone such as the Coolpad Catalyst, which I currently carry.
My Desire Z still has the best physical keyboard of any Android phone in the history of the known universe. You are a condescending ass.
Windows RT users can presumably use Skype for Web in Internet Explorer.
See "condescending ass" above. Work for Microsoft much?
They pissed off me. Yesterday, Skype worked fine on my (old but good) HTC Desire Z, today it doesn't.
Goodbye Skype. Goodbye Satya.

This is all verifiable.
TeX is great if your professor wants a hard copy or a PDF. It isn't if your professor wants a Word file.
If your professor wants a Word file then your professor is a drivelling idiot and/or you don't have much taste in institutions.
