No tl;dr here. I actually read your entire post. Pretty damn good, and you got your priorities straight. The correct order of importance is stress, diet, and exercise, exactly as you discussed them. We are busily rewiring our brains at an astonishingly rapid clip, and we have no idea what the outcome of this will be... Both the population and technology curves have gone vertical. This is the most dangerous and most exciting time in human history. We stand on the edge of a razor. On one side is oblivion, and on the other side is the stars. (assuming an asteroid or some other unforeseen event doesn't get us.) This massive rewiring may in fact prove to be an existential threat where instead of attaining the singularity and reaching the stars, we devolve and go the way of idiocracy. I do know this: This pseudo-Utopian fascist caste system being built by TPTB will fail and fail spectacularly. I had a plaque on my boat above the nav station. It read: âoeWhere we go one, we go all.â We all ride the third rock from the sun, and for evil or good, our futures are all tied together. My opinion is this: All you AI guys please expedite the development of strong AI because what humanity needs is a good Gnut, al la Harry Bates, âoeFarewell to the Masterâ. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/...

Thanks for the comment about the Surf browser. I am really disillusioned about the current state of Internet Browsers in general.
