If the Questions in you're example are real (i can hardly believe that), you should stop asking them. I'd never want to work for somebody, who thinks they'll find goog programmers by asking stupid questions. And yes, i am a good programmer.
I too hate debuggers. It's mostly shooting at sparrows with cannons. But sometimes they are useful. The only debugger i ever really loved was in smalltalk: the default handling of unhandeled erros was to pop up the debugger, so it was right where you needed it, you would step back a few commands, inspect some objects and the bug was no more! I've never seen anything close to that debugger since.

Almost as bad as the Bablefish:-)
I had to read the original twice to find out where the fish got the railways from. Its his translation of DB ( also short for 'Deutsche Bahn' the german national railway company...)
A few Years Ago Coca-Cola was fined a few million for charging different prices from different customers in the EU. (The prices were based on wether or not the customer/retailer also sold concurrence products).
In the EU you can only charge different prices, if the reason is transparent and legal. Normally this would be the usual '3 for 2' type of pricing.
If Amazon do this with European customers, they might actually be sued.
Sorry guys, i calculated with the british Gallon, which is 4.5 Liters, The American Gallon is 3.7 Liters. So it should read:
20 MPG = 12 l / 100km
28 = 8 l / 100km
So they are about 5 Years behind, not 10:-)
I Guess the Unit used in America is Miles per
Gallon. So '20' would be roughly 14 l / 100 km.
'28' is about 10 l / 100 km.
I'd say a rather high fuel consumption for a modern car. About half would be good ( or double for Americans).

Surely its time for Fishing to be entered as an Olympic Discipline then. It does involve Animals, but so does all the Horsback-Stuff.
Ever since we have developed a consciousness, which enables us to realize the consequences of our actions.
