well you need to pay for the deadbeats that just show up at the ER and don't pay. For some that is there only doctor other then the jail / prison ones that do cover stuff that the ER does not.

Ubuntu LTS still get SP like updates to it with an easy move update to the next LTS.
Centos / redhat is an LTS of fedora.
windows 7 and 2012r2 really need an SP or update rollup the long list gives issues with windows update now days.
