The truth is this guy was upset that Mir and
that X-10 plane or whatever it was didn't
hit the Taco Bell sign, so he's taking
the matter into his own hands... if he
hits the sign, he gets to look like
a chalupa... for free (minus the costs
of building the rocket of course)...
I hear they're moving the 'Taco Bell' sign

is supposed to land. If it hits it, everyone
at NASA gets a free Chalupa....

Agreed - some people are doing it right. Down here
in Charleston, SC the ballot is electronic.
You push the name, and a light comes on next to
the name - very obvious. And there are blinking
lights to show you what you haven't voted for.
Surely if we can do this in SC everyone else can.
Maybe if we did it like Fla, we'd increase the odds of our buddy Strom Thurmond being Prez for a week or 2. The Dixie(crats) will rise again!
