Why must people use faulty examples? If you type "pai" you get paint. Same is true of the control panel entries. When using the app search, filename for programs and CP entries doesn't matter as much as what it's called. It isn't my preferred method of interacting, but it does work well. At least understand what you're talking about...
I would assume they meant they'd rather a foreign government that isn't likely to care about them as an individual, instead of the local government which may.
I can only speak for my state. But, the speed limits in our drivers guide are for when there is no posted limit. In fact, most of the roads I regularly travel on deviate from the speeds posted in the drivers guide.
Google still has to field the requests. Per request, sure it's cheap. In bulk, the price starts to add up. Especially if they're verifying validity of the DMCA request. It's wrong to force costs onto the wrongly accused and the middle man.
You seem to forget licensing costs and the like. Those generally have to be paid per copy. That doesn't fully excuse some of the prices, but there are more costs than distribution.
The onus should be on the accuser, not the accused. In the case of a false positive, the affected site has to take their time and money to fight it. Google, in this case, also has to spend their time and money on processing the requests. You're negatively affecting two parties for the benefit of another. Specifically, another party that is unwilling to spend the time and money to vet the notices before sending them.
Marriage, by a church, is a religious ceremony. The government has no control over the church. The point would be a civil union is the legal joining and only the legal joining. It wouldn't matter if the joining was man/man, woman/woman, man/woman, transgender/etc. It wouldn't be required to get married in a church to obtain a civil union, and marriage in a church wouldn't be required to obtain a civil union. "Separate but equal" doesn't exist in this situation, from a legal standpoint, only a religious.
It's probably more of a two-fer. Non-human (might cover troopers given the situation) violence rates less than human violence when it comes to the MPAA.
The biggest reasons would be for encode/decode, gaming, enthusiast. Each has their reasons and at least two of them have actual use for higher clock speeds. Why pay $1000 for a CPU when I can pay $250 and overclock. Only time I've ever had a problem is physical, and my own fault. Sometimes you have to settle for a little less clock speed, but you can test and maintain relative stability.
Did you even try? It was in the E3 presentation. There is a link in the summary that talks about some of it. Don't act like you can't find the info, when the info is there to find.... easily.
While I'm not siding with whaling, it's wrong to claim the failure of one industry as a valid reason to disallow another industry. That is, unless the "original" industry is of greater importance. From an academic standpoint, food production outweighs entertainment.
There are games on Android that I do enjoy playing from time to time. For $100, it allows me to do so on my tv. But, it was mostly about repurposing the hardware and backing an alternative to the big 3 consoles. If the idea fails, I still keep the hardware.
Your definition of surprisingly well might not be the same as others. OnLive was fine for casual games. Anything that required quick response times was a waste of time and money.
Armed citizenry is kind of how we broke free and ultimately formed the nation. Just because it wasn't specifically against the US government, it isn't any less valid.

While I wouldn't want to call you a liar, my android devices definitely don't behave like that. If the wireless is off, the wireless is off.

That shouldn't make it any better. I realize that due to human nature, it does. But, it shouldn't.

It's a simple balance for me.. if they can beat me up, their opinion matters.

That movie was a masterpiece!!!

He didn't say it was programmed for it originally. Maybe a lightning strike caused it.

Lets be realistic... Be it 13 or 30... most guys would still be interested in attractive women. Most at 30 are just smart enough to act otherwise.

The fact that they removed OC from the current Xeons, leads me to believe it won't be present in the next gen.

I wish I had a wife, who would then use this right...

If they weren't so busy trying to rip everyone off, maybe more people would be willing to pay.
Except, in this case... MS isn't a pretty decent guy. They're still dicks about things. Just because they're better, doesn't make them good.
Would you prefer to spend $100 or ~$400? I definitely wouldn't fault someone on either choice.
