When you say potential terrorists, you actually mean people who are attempting to do damage to infrastructure and economy, or even try to kill many people, right? While I dont care for Mr Dotcom, I dont think that those things describe his line of business. I have no problem with what you say, it sounds like a resonable way to deal with terrorists.

People who abuse time off should be fired, but I havent ever actually met one of these people.

I would argue that if you dont want to have these techniques made open in court, then dont use these techniques to pursue someone who will have charges brought up in court. National security investigation techniques implies that this was a case of national security. Seems a bit petty to use these resources to defend disney, pop music, and porn.

So much of this is where I get interested. There is a giant equality in the shitty actions. There is also a giant blending of Hamas and Palestinians ( as you asked ) when the population elected a government that is dedicated to the destruction of another government. It is also interesting to me that the Israelis blame Hamas for setting up rocket launchers and ammunition depots in the middle of population centers, when it doesnt seem that there is much space that isnt covered by people.

The two state solution seems like a good idea, except that one state absolutely refuses to acknowledge that the other has any right to exist, at all, anywhere. Then Israel refuses to speak with the rational political side in the West Bank, which doesnt give a lot of credence to their interest in peace. Committing further action to prevent talks doesnt look that good either.

Some of these breads were still crap (you can easily tell if it is real by lifting it... wonder bread weighs nothing for a reason) , but it shows they were trying .

They had the snacks that no one wanted because people wanted healthier stuff, and they had the bread no one wanted because people wanted the crap on that aisle. tough spot to get out of.
