the point in the limit is to force this conversation. The budget is obviously written with no regards as to how much money we have. There is no balanced budget amendment, and even the pay-go idea had exceptions every time it got in the way. The chance at altering the budget is available now when everyone knows that we spent more than we have. Having the conversation at a point in time when there is still an unfathomable amount of money seemingly in the vaults will do no good. Forcing a rebalancing of the spending is relevant right now.

very cool . I wish you had written the summary.

The only holes it appears that could have been created are a matter of degrees, which is basically what the entire argument boils down to anyhow. If the strength of the effect is negligible then that could have proven one side correct, if the strength is severe then that could bolster the other. The answer being " this cant be measured" only allows both sides to keep calling names and cherry pick their arguments from the same source ( if they feel like doing that ) .

There is also a GIANT disconnect in people that want to remain private yet have the ability to shout to the world. There is a level of control in G+ which is nice , but lets not confuse that with privacy. As soon as you begin to use this service to attempt to gain any of the value it provides, you have opted out of a giant piece of privacy.

If you want a fake name for privacy, go build you own social network , use a goofy name that cant be associated with you, and then as there will be no one else on your network, you dont have to worry about people knowing your intimate details that are being POSTED ON THE WEB! . If the entire point of height is the temp difference, then a huge greenhouse doesnt seem to be needed except for huge output. If the air continues with some speed, why not stack turbines every few stories on the way up and allow one of these giant buildings (that are already built) power itself by some percentage.

These would be an interesting use of the idea and my tax dollars.

yes, you have to deal with a few annoying customers as a cost of doing business, in every line of business. If your entire customer base is acting this way, then it is safe to assume that your competitor's customer base is pulling the same scam on you, and everyone raises rates together. The itemization becomes a basic service with no option to opt out of, the companies make this as efficient as they can over time, and the original profit margin pulled in by this service is not many multiples greater than original. Not a big deal.

One of the people in the group chose to spam the group with a joke " the only problem i have with sex on tv is losing my balance and falling to the floor". Another member of the group hit the roof as he began to understand through the language filters. It was kind of funny . I had some prescriptions that nearly disabled me, all I could do was sleep. I describe the choice of not taking them to my doctor as a choice of being at all useful. If my house is on fire, and I have a headache, I can get up and leave. If I am on the meds, I may just sleep through it. Given those choices, I live with pain.
