How does the efficiency of the automobile relate to the "damage" caused to the roadway?
If I drove a 6000lb Hummer w/a gas engine @ 10mpg or a 6000lb Hummer with a hybrid-diesel engine @ 20mpg, I'd still cause the same "damage" to the road at each mile.
I tried, back when eBay bought PayPal and said they'd turn over anything to anyone, to remove myself from both userbases. It failed miserably. They said they would not remove me from their records. In fact, I still have an accessible profile at eBay (and presumably at PayPal).
...while on the job......is the important part. Once that govt employee clocks out, they are free to do as they please. I see this ruling as a wasteful law, ensuring ppl are working while at work (for the govt) - which should be the case anyway (you bunch of lazy fucks). But, it isn't a freedom of speeach or whistleblower issue.
Using Live as the campus e-mail provider is honestly the absolute lamest reason to trransfer I've ever heard. Seriously, transferring b/c you had allergies to a plant that grows in only one place on campus would be less retarded than this.
I hope pppl have other accounts to use anyway. That uni accts don't all last past your grad date.
