Is it illegal to download it for personal viewing? Without sending any parts of it... some torrents clients you can do that, but the download is proportional to your upload, so it would take a rather long time, but none the less doable.
Is the really any different than me Recording it, from the free in the air tv signals?
For example, local TV station can be picked up with out can cable subscription, and I could then record the show, to which ever medium.
would really be no different than me downloading, never uploading any parts...
I'd play, but billing and account support has been so terrible. I signed up on the re-release by the new developers... took a break, and was still billed by their billing company they use... took like 3 months of extra billing to finally have them stop! Now, I attempt to return to the game, where they never remove accounts, and cannot get a response on getting my account info back.
The timing of this switch to, "Enterprise Linux" comes at time when SCO is demanding that the Linux distribuitions License their code, Is that Redhat see that SCO could possibly win this battle, and to cover themselve, have moved to the Enterprise model, where people, and then "Licensed" for the so called SCO source that is in the Redhat and any other linux, distribution?
Star Wars Galaxies is also being produced by Sony. so your most likely to have similar problems as EQ. as Sony says, in an article, the money to made, is in online MMORPGs. They don't care for the community, just your money, and Galaxies will have that Star Wars nastolgia to it, will become the next EQ, least until EQ2.

First off, have you seen the memory on Handhelds?

I have a Ipaq, 32 MB or memory, then you can add a 512 MB CF card. then you have no probs, and if that is not enough you can get a IBM Microdrive 2GB to add to the Ipaq, now granted there is costs to this as well, but if really needed, you could also use the handheld to download the mp3 directly, would even need to transfer from the comp to the handheld.
personally, I am happy with my Handheld as a MP3 player, mainly cause it's an all in one unit, hell I can even rip my DVD's into divX and watch them on my handheld.

I guess I have to remain employed for another year now or risk being sued.
I was told exactly that. you must be employed one year to take educational courses. So I sign up for course, go through everything, and the afternoon before it starts, I am told that I have to remain employed for 1year or pay back the cost of the course, if for whatever reason I am no longer employed.

I hope some games, like movies and music, are remade, with better graphics and such, hopefully without destroying the game we all came to remember.
though it seems like space flight sims are not a popular as they used to be.
