If marriage is a religious covenant, and you believe in separation of state and religion, then marriage should neither be recognized nor accorded special status under the law.
But that is not the case. Married couples are give extra rights and privileges under both state and federal law. Therefore, it cannot be said that marriage is a strictly religious covenant (IE, marriage also exists as a legal institution). Which means that there is no basis for denying the same rights to gay and lesbian couples.
BTW. Get over it. If allowing gay couples to marry somehow demeans your own marriage, then your marriage sucks in the first place.
I haven't seen slapt-get mentioned. Like apt-get, it's a tool for managing packages, except for the slackware system. It is continually one of the most downloaded packages at linuxpackages.net or you can pick it up at software.jaos.org

check out Mojolin (http://mojolin.com). International linux unix and embedded jobs. I've gotten several jobs both contract and perm (including my current) through there.
But it seems to me that Lutris made a verbal contract with developers that they would open source the product. They went so far as to put that verbal contract in writing in various emails and on the web pages that this guy was able to pull out of his cache (pun intended).
Perhaps Eben Moglen would have an opinion about this?
Judging from the linux and unix jobs popping up at Mojolin (http://mojolin.com), jobs are available for the person willing to be a bit flexible in where they want to work (IE, willing to move). Telecommuting jobs are at a premium, so if they want to stay in the heavy urban areas where supply is greater than demand, they better get used to the shelters.
No, you bonehead, because at least in court, your lawyers will have something to work with.

Perhaps a disclaimer is necessary in the signature block if you are posting any where publicly that could cause you problems. Something to the effect of:

Those people who object to it purely because it is a worm are idiots.
I think it's a great idea. Perhaps, if instead of modifying your system for you, it sent an email to postmaster, webmaster or root with a detailed explanation of what it found and how it could be fixed, this would take care of many of the complaints I see here.
The neat thing that I see here is that this is a step closer to a "self-healing" system. If this worm were updated and released by a serious security organization which keeps track of the latest cracks with drop-dead dates to ensure that only the latest version is spreading, then this is a step closer to a more secure internet for all of us. Maybe trying to actually fix the system was a bit too ambitious because nobody will (should) trust it.

Cray has posted several job listings on Mojolin (http://mojolin.com) looking for software engineers familiar with linux. Sounds pretty cool to me.
15dollarsforfreeproduct.net
nonlibra.net
charge.net
gosomewhereelseanddownloaditforfree.net
slackwareisbetter.net
I'm sure others could add to the list of choices.

Ps if you pay more than $2 for a distro cd, you're an idiot and deserve to lose your money.
List your resume on http://mojolin.com. I was constantly bothered by companies looking for contract workers.
