Last time I looked NORAD was a joint venture of Canada and the US. If North Korea launched an attack on South Korea there would be hell to pay. Any Military attack on Canada or US proper would be considered an attack on either. You would be at war with both. This is not the same thing as the ethnic religous conflict with India and Pakistan. Last time I looked we were not shelling across our borders either.
Only limp dicks try and run RedHat as a desktop Linux. SuSE, Mandrake and Debian are already on desktops all over the world. RedHat decided on using GNOME for the desktop how fugly can you get. RedHat should stick with servers.
Europeans seem to make much better use of their machines than people in the U.S. This is not just a difference in how they treat hardware, but how they feel about software, too. Many people in the rest of the world don't have the budgets at work or home to have "current" tech, and they just have better sense in realising that learning to use your tools effectively makes you more productive in general.
Well if you can help me convince my wife to let me have a keg here at the house I would love to have draught Guinness. Bottles are not practical so that leaves us with cans. I do no beer drinking in the local establishmenst as I have an aversion to red necks and the smell of piss. The only imported beers in the local establishments are bottles and are from mexico. A imported draught is out of the question.
As much as I have been warned I have not yet suffered the laxative effect Guinness must be noted for. I have drank 12 or 14 of them in one sitting. I have however had the shits from US "factory beer" like Bud or Miller. Go figure.
