I played tennis with my 30GB iPod last week (though I switched out the headphones for something that I can fit under a hat to keep it snug on my head) and it was excellent.. I just placed the iPod within the pocket clip/case that it came with and put the device in my pocket with the clip facing outwards. No skips and had one helluva a time.. Plus at 6 ounces for 30 GB, I could play for hours and never listen to the same song.
Buck Rogers used the same effect for launching their fighters. The laser blasts were also the same.. I guess that's what you get when Glen Larson is the producer..
The University of Maryland's distance education school (UMUC) utilized Lotus Domino to build some terrific distance learning scenarios. It is really slick. I would highly recommend checking out their web site (http://www.umuc.edu).
I picked up Linux eons ago at school so that I could better myself with the big Un*x guns. Well, I have seen how far it has come, but how little it has done to sway the masses. Linux will never amount to much more than a closet darkhorse if we don't stop bickering and start coding! Linux zealots spend 90% of their time defending the OS and 5% coding (if that). I don't know where the other 5% went, so don't ask. Stop bickering, start coding. Most of all start listening to what others have to say. It doesn't hurt to hear someone else's opinion. --- Ryan Wilhelm Lotus Notes Administrator Executive Risk, Inc.

actually it's more than 5,000 km/h. it's closer to 6,000 (1195 * 5 = 5975).

I would think this might be a script kiddies dream. Couldn't it be used to exploit local variables?
