Even easier would be to put up a big honkin' link labeled Copyright Holders Crick Here to take them to contacts/whatnoteverelse page instead of burying it at the bottom in ultra tiny type.
Ok, that's it. I give up. I'm going to use some Linux distro for my desktop OS instead of a Microsoft by-product. Up to Windows XP, yeah, whatever. Post XP, Microsoft, "Eat my crusty shorts!!".
And yes, I've tried the Vista RC's. It performs slower than XP. By the time you turn off all that resource intensive eye candy, you end up with a GUI that looks just awful. I don't think they spent any time cleaning that up for obvious reasons.
Worst part is, most of the world has little choice but to accept this POS from MS. Bugger.
In order for us to watch HD DVD or Blu-ray discs I'd have to throw out and replace all of our entertainment system but the speakers. This ain't gonna frackin' happen - I'm not going spend five figures doing this. Until the industry groks this we bit of reality, they are going to bang their MBA educated noggins against a wall trying to sell something that people don't have to have.
The DoD could always offer other forms of remuneration to the winner. Such a awarding contracts for supplies, such as $500 toilet seats and $250 hammers...nyet?
We've got four 1650's that have been running for over 4+ years now. Only one drive started reporting errors and the replacement & RAID rebuild was no problem.
Alas, it seems that "monetization" is the latest in (mis)management speak.
Then again, they could always find some sucker^h^h^h^h^h^hinvestor to buy it off of them for a stupid amount of money and make a small fortune out of a big one.

They are slowly Becoming Evil (tm)...
...but when can I have it for IE6 and/or IE7?
Where the County Election Officials as stupid as they seemed in the documentary or where they just acting that way?

Only problem I had was trying to install FC2 x86_64 on an AMD64 system awhile back.
Since then no problems with FC3, FC4 and FC5. One box is even running FC4 x86_64 and jre-1_5_0_06-linux-amd64.bin as a Java App server.
