If it makes them a buck they don't give rat's ass what your religous beliefs are, but if you EVER say anything negative about THEIR beliefs or contradict something they say about YOUR beliefs you are gone. Your business will dry up in a heartbeat. Business over there is "thier way or the highway" and "ethics smethics".

    Sounds like the bush administration.

Another real problem is that with this administration, almost everyone is a fringe element in their view. Remember, the puppet bush said: "If you're not with us, you're against us", so unless you have become indoctrinated into the mindset of the darkside, at minimum you are a fringe element.

The real terrorist in the U.S. *is* the bush administration.

It's a good thing that there are still judges around that have a clue.

Now, why did Visto do this if the patents are invalid (at least on a preliminary basis per the USPTO)? Was the Visto "IP" not good enough to sue MS without the NTP "IP"? If so, why didn't NTP sue MS?

    Somethings smells very fishy.

This is another angle of the darkside taking control of the Internet.

Notice two other events tied to the Internet recently:

Ralph Yarro has a "Solution" to Internet Pr0n. It won't work but it will allow the darkside to take over and control every ip packet if congress can be corrupted.

And then, in conjunction with that, ICANN kills the Proposed XXX domain.

The ICANN action had to occur so that the darkside plan could take effect down the road.

Be very afraid of the loss of the Internet folks.

There is no way they will meet the law, because once it becomes apparent that the software has holes that allow vote manipulation, the remaining states will do the same.

Of course, the darkside is still trying to keep the public in the dark, at least in California.

Here's the rules that BlackBoxVoting must meet.

California protocols sent to Black Box Voting when they invited us to do the test Nov. 30:

    - The media cannot attend
    - The public cannot attend
    - The number of people we can bring is so small that we cannot bring our attorney or a court reporter
    - We cannot videotape, record, or keep explicit notes on it
    - We cannot retain our own work product
    - We cannot tell anyone what happened in the test
