    I think the point was to find the fastest memory available for the system, this isn't just comparing processors its also comparing the possibly max speeds you can expect when using said processors.

    Yes, but if you use the system for something else suddenly you've developed your own system that yahoo wouldn't really own it, as its a simple use open encyption scheme in such a way as to work with email.

    Of course its happening, but it is still a logic debate upon the causes. Many could argue it would have happend anyways as its simply a natural cycle. I don't know if I agree either way, but acting as if there is no other conclusion is silly.

    Other that Bardnik wanting to pull out of iraq quickly, he shares the general view of less taxes, less regulation. How is this like kerry? Unless of course you guinuinly believe that kerry is for more personal freedoms, which while that is the official platform of the Democratic party, Kerrys senate votes have shown completly the opposite, hell he even fought against Ashcroft when Ashcroft wanted to make encyption legal for civilian use. Now if that doesn't blow your mind with everyones preconceved notion of the two what does :)

    Though I kinda like the "scheme" of saying to a friend of the other side in same state, hey buddy our votes cancel eachother out why don't we both agree to vote 3rd party. Oddly enough I can't find a friend who will go along with it. Oh well.

    What if I promise to vote for Bush will someone vote for Bardnik for me! Oh I see, this option isn't available because the site doesn't really believe in helping the third parties, just helping Kerry win.

    Oh there are tons of "monopolistic" practices that apple engages in. The oourt though, quite rightly, understand that as apple has a small market share on computers, that it can continue doing just as its done. Remember the rules are that monopolys arn't illigal, trying to get a monopoly isn't illigal, but once you've got one, you have to be careful with what you do with it.. Unless your Microsoft of course.

    Well it selected him based on his reported believes, possibly not real. He contends to be a middleline market, free people idealist. He also gets props from the ACLU and NAACP which up his score for you. What is actually is, is a whole different ball of wax.
    Funny thing is I selected agree with ACLU while against NAACP, which doesn't really mean that I am against the ideals that the NAACP stands for but simply that I am against the jackasses who run it and the race-baiting and idea supression that actually happends.

    good educated paper on the good and bad of hemp paper. Basically yes its more expensive, but prices will fall. And it can be recycled many more times than tree paper.

    I wish I could find the breakdown, but the riches 10% are actually paying a higher percent of total taxes than they would be if the tax break hadn't been put into effect. This was a treasury department study. You can find mentions of it searching on the web, but I can't find the actual study :(

    The tyranny of the vocal minority is what we've got right now in fact.

    Personally I'd always been a proponent of what I like to call representative direct democracy. Have all the basic rules you do now so that the majority can't take away the rights of the minority. But instead of a geographic location voting for a representative, anybody can "run" for office and people who agree with their views can set them as their representatives. Get yourself atleast X supporters and you are their representative. You could even pay them say a half cent per person they represent per month so they can spend their time representing those people.. Don't like your representative, choose another that best fits your views. Obviously each representative would get a vote proportional to the amount of people they serve plus or minus some sort of equalitor like we have with our elector college..

    This lawsuit is strickly about tax-payer money visa the university, going to give 2 potential presidential canidates a public forum, while excluding other canidates who are also on the ballet.

    In the movie they were in a fancy resturant, and did not order anything resembling tacos, the point was that taco bell bought out all the resturants. Of course we realize now that this is stupid, as taco bell is owned by pepsi, and once pepsi buys out the resturants it will have distint names for the style of resurants. Pepsi Extreme Itallian, for example.

    Anyways, if want they really want is the ability to elimiate forgeries smart chips would do just that. But why do these chips need to broadcast over the air? Zero not intrusive reasons can be given.
