  3. Build your own machine on What Should a Community Computer Lab Offer? · · Score: 1

I used to run a small local computer shop and to draw the community to us I set up classes on how to build your own machine, much like a Home Depot demo. Very well received. Not only would people buy parts, but they started helping others build machines too, and we were the heros who knew about any problems that might come up.

  4. Neuticles for the Master??? on Broke into the old Quickies · · Score: 1

One of the news shows last year ran a story on neuticles. At first they were talking about fake balls for the dog, then the story took an alarming turn into Jerry Springer land and started reporting that humans were using nuticles too. Seems that there is no FDA approved cosmetic repalcement for human testicles, so people were using nuticles as a replacement for the family jewels after they had been removed for medical reasons. Reality is stranger than fiction.

Duh! Create new features that can not be accessed by previous generations of phones. If you make my Motorolla i1000 look like yesterdays bad idea, I.m gonna buy a new phone. For the most part, phones are status symbols, and in our society, yesterdays technology is just not ok to posses.
