Maybe some of these band s should get off their asses and tour more than 10 shows a year for there main source of income. Think about it The Grateful Dead toured almost non stop and allowed taped to freely tape every performance, they were not a top 10 billboard band. However they made their money on the road which also led to practice and HEY better music (amazing).
I myself am a fan of the Wayback Machine. I really like to see snapshots some of how my sites and some of favorite websites have evolved over the years. I would also like to think that I could actually show my Grand Children what the internet was like in my prime instead of saying "back in my day we read Slashdot and we liked it, now pass me my teeth".
I hope that some of the more enthusiastic/.'ers do not get all liquored up and start storming Best Buy with a copy of Debian and start loading versions of a counter culture OS. lol
I am spray painting my Barney suite Red right now. My buddies are out tapping the keg. We looking forward night of illegal plugin injections and reloads woohoo. Stop by if you like.
Chances are if these kids have the desire to play the games they would not have to wait on the school to allow it. I think that this a great idea. At least this kids in a moderated evironment when they do it. As for the the types of games I am sure that they lean to rpg games and not First Person Shooters. Think about it how many high school computers do suppose have a GeForce 3 or the like to push games like Quake the way they were designed to be played. Lighten up people. I whis I would have had a computer lab like this when I was in high school.
