    Thanks! :^)

If you're interested in trying it, then the basic formula, is:

____ go(es) into a bar. The bartender says, "We don't serve _____ here.".

    ____ says, "[insert punchline]".

If you force yourself to really stick to a topic, you'd be surprised at what you could come up with. In the case above, I broke protocol and added a couple of extra lines, but in general, it's more fun if you can try to stick to a formula.

Tony Blair says, "But can we at least vote on it?".

    The bartender says, "No!".

Bill Gates says, "But we just need a place to crash.".

The bartender felt betrayed because he expected support from Bill, and thus said, "You too??".

    Bono says, "Yes...".

I totally agree. That's why I think that Gnome and KDE should focus on 2 diametrically opposed groups. Gnome should focus on expert computer users and KDE should focus on those who see computers as a tool. I don't understand why both keep going for the same market share.

On an unrelated note, I love KDE and recommend it for anybody who has work to get done.

Those are Canadian prices as well.

Another way to save money is to encourage people to buy the ballasts and bulbs seperately. The ballasts tend to wear out with lots of "oning" and "offing". If the bulb is good, then why replace it? Just replacing the ballasts could make us more efficient also. If the ballast only costs $.01 [totally hypothetical], then it would be worth turning it off to save electricity.
