    Since there is empty space at the top for a title bar, other applications have been designed around that.
    For example, Microsoft Remote Desktop puts a server bar at the top-center of the window.
    Then there's Winamp, which can be sized down to be the size of a title bar and be kept always-on-top.

    According to Wikipedia, Fuchsia is supposed to be a Real Time OS, and that alone would distinguish it from any other posix-compatible OS.

  6. Winamp is really defined by its whole plugins ecosystem, if it doesn't emulate Winamp Plugins, it's not Winamp.

    There is one thing that can be done for live video: Cryptographic signed timestamps by a trusted third party.
    While that can't tell you that whether it was altered or not in real time, it can tell you that a piece of information did exist as a specific time.

    Even Windows 10 32-bit edition will still run 16-bit Windows 3.1 Applications. So as long as people install the 32-bit edition of Windows 10, the processor will need to have 16-bit support.

    Palemoon is not a moving target, it's basically the old Firefox. So extensions made for the old Firefox still work there.

  16. There are image similarity algorithms out there that do not care about the absolute hash of the file, and can detect the same image cropped, scaled, or rotated just fine.

  17. There are much better methods of hashing images than stupidly taking a file checksum, such as this one here:

    This algorithm here does not care about affine transformations applied to the image, so it can be scaled, rotated, skewed, and still be a match.

  18. Edge did not freeze, it was configured to be more locked-down within the corporation. So in order to get around locked-down clients, he simply installed Chrome rather than reconfigure Edge.

    If you think Windows actually works reliably, then there's a bridge I'd like to sell you. Still trying to deal with a failed Windows Update that keeps installing itself every day, then keeps restoring the computer back every time it fails to install.
