I've got to agree. I think that if the creative great ones could get SVG, XSLT, and CSS3 fully implimented/documented; That would be hot. I just wish I had the time to do it.
Just think of it; A browser that is fully WC3 complient. It doesn't have to be the PERFECT solution, but that it just work. Then let other great ones get a slice of the glory by offering better code reducing solutions.
If I were in charge of an islamic state, with access to nuclear material, and a sea or ocean; I'd be staring at that water, hard. I'd be looking at some underground, underwater way to generate that salt water to fresh water. I'd be looking next at assisting the farmers on how to handle that much water coming in to the country side. I figure the local commercial types could take it from there.
I'm a software contractor, done this type of stuff for over 20 years. Its not the Universe's vengence upon you. It just poor planning; On everyones part.
If you really need help, respond to this Post;
We'll go to step 2. And just to let you feel better, there are about 600 senior programmers out of work that can help you; Now. So don't worry about a lack of expertise.
Is it only me, but this 'Cell' sounds more like a 'Parallel' processor with a minor variation of functionality. I remember this stuff back in the 1970's; Only the I/O channels were Lazer diodes, and Doc. Chow was in a pissing contest with Doc. Cray. Cray won, because he was the boss.
Then: 0. Time to think, and reflect. 1. We would see people that look 23, but think well beyond their time. 2. Memory devices will have greater importance. 3. The ability to see your dreams to completion. 4. The ability to create more dreams. 5. Enjoyment of Subtlety. 6. Enjoyment of Complexities. 7. Not having to notice when the weather changes. 8. Shear experience easily relateable to common sense. 9. To have a 40 year house payment debt paid off.
What I find interesting will be the difference between what the Pro's did, compared to what the ameturs did. If the the difference is minimal, then I'll start considering similar solutions myself.
Personally, I believe that the colors would be more blue than yellow, only because of distance from the sun.
The one thing I've noticed is the total lack of published analysis. Things like replication of study, and at least the use some kind of "Double Blind Side Testing."
How do we know that this submitted solution isn't foundationless?
I think the CIA should also study the 5,10, and 15 year effects of the Western Nations shifting over to the hydrogen dollar. I went to school with the children of the OPEC team. Nobody at OPEC thinks the well will ever run dry.
Given that XML is a 'text' based format; I have 2 ideas:
1. Won't it be simpler to put a wrapper around the XML transmitter, and reciever that would allow options of compressed data, compressed data method, and password?
2. Couldn't Secured FTP be used in conjuntion with XML/pkZip ?
Step 1: Go to your local Radio Shack store and buy a telephone-to-cassette adaptor for under $20.00.
Step 2: Then pulg it in to your AUX-Input port of your PC.
Step 3: Before you speak on the phone, turn on the microphone recording program.
Step 4: After Step 3, switch on the adaptor.
Step 5: Talk, and LISTEN.
Administrative Note: It is common knowledge that ALL electronic communications are monitored. And I'll bet that you've been told more than once, "NEVER say anything that you don't wan't printed on tomarrow mornings newspaper; ON THE FRONT PAGE!."
What bothers me about the phones for sale today is that they are crippled in their usefulness. my wife is more document/spreadsheet/calendar oriented, my kids just want to get their homework done, and learn to socialize with their peers, i on the other hand weep quietly for a hand held that i can do development on, and have access to the internet.
now in steps a solution that will allow me to have 4 treo 650's configured for the users needs. i think who ever builds the treo might want to double check their verdor agreements for extra parts.
I remember seeing that film at the movie theater! I wonder what ever happened to Sparrow Hawk?
I then looked at the web page and thought, "somebody at personnel should hire a proof reader!" I guess the folks over there are vowel challanged.
The cross logic I soon realizeed was that unless the state department for Fortress-White-House green lighted my solution, I couldn't get my free book! This sucks!
Sounds like there'll be a shortage of Web Masters soon.

The very same product that is considered one of the finest growth medias for worms, and phishes is being offered for subscription pricing?
Is this a great country or What!
'it happens.

Damn, now I'm trying to get my phone number scraped off the "Do Not Call, or FAX" list. And...it...will...not...go...away.

Then OK, where do I sign up?

I like Tom Clancy's work also.

Consider the following:
Using a 40 foot cargo container willed with someones bottle water, Blue-0 demonstrates the following:
1. Said Container is loaded at the Blue-0 launch site.
2. Blue-0 then launches with said container.
3. Blue-0 then lands in some manner to some place like Sri Lanka.
4. Blue-0 then returns home in the same manner.
Why water? Because everyone knows long haul truckers get thirsty.
Teacher: Johnny? Why did you write, "Death to Tyrant Teachers!"
Johnny: I didn't!
Teacher: It's on a piece of paper on your desk.
Johnny: My pen must have done it, I was at recess.
Teacher: Go to the office.
I got to get me one of these pens!
Is it OK for anyone in law enforcement to plant any kind of a device on any car?
Is it OK for anyone NOT in law enforcement to plant any kind of a device on any car?
Is this a case of law over justice? Where have I heard that before?
If one looks at the cockpit of ANY commerical jet, you will notice some characteristics that invalidate the use of lazers on pilots.
for example:
1. The cockpit is on the forward top end of the fuselage. We mere mortals are resigned to walking on the ground.
2. There is NO WAY a pilot can stick their head out of a window. The wind sheer would be a very nasty personal event.
3. A Jets air speed is a number greater than 250 knots. That's fast.
4. NOT ALL LAZERS ARE IN THE VISIBLE SPECTRUM.
It sounds like to me that someone has read one Thomas Clancy book to many.

Regardless of who profits, Caygen Fan will now have access to every known documented reciepe for Gumbo in the world.
Is this a great country, or what!

Sounds to me like the honorable governor from the land of Lincoln, is a sour loser, and can't win playing these types of games. :P
What Would Really Be Funny If...
Mitsubishi funded the project!
But telling people where would only gross them out.
Wouldn't the money spent be more wisely used it if went for software engineers tasked to fix the 150,000+ bugs in windows?
Just a thought.
