    Then how do you suggest people that live in small towns get to work and shop if they do not have a personal automobile/roads?

    Mass transist does not work in a small town.

    And some of those 'corrupt' politicians dismantled public transportation because it was/is a very large sinkhole for tax dollars.

    Three words: AOL Time Warner.

    Two more words: Clear Channel.

    Note that this occurred during the Clinton Administration. Along with the 3 largest ever Oil Company Mergers, other huge media mergers, Daimler/Chrysler, the list goes on and on.

    And the Bush Administration, with all the scare tactics about how the Government would be sold off to powerful interests at the expense of the consumer blocks this Satellite merger.

    People need to wake up, the Democrats are not, and never have been, for the little guy and anti big business. Because they have sold themselves as being anti-corporate to a stupid electorate, they can get away with a lot more of the selling out of America without serious scrutiny. Ever wonder why Democrats are so heavily supported by Corporate America when they want to raise Corporate taxes?

    Page 6-7

    "In short, the proof of Microsoft's dominant, persistent market share protected by a substantial barrier to entry, together with Microsoft's failure to rebut the prima facie showing effectively and the additional indicia of monopoly power, have compelled the Court to find as fact that Microsoft enjoys monopoly power in the relevant market."

    Looks to me like the court called them a Monopoly.

    But you are overlooking one minor little detail. MSFT DOES NOT PAY ANY INCOME TAX! After all the credits, deductions and other tricks they have a net tax bill that is a negative amount.
