I work for an out-source callcenter and a lot of our customers seem to be suffering from the same kind of problems, so you probably have a point there. On the other hand, it could be that Sony is just manipulating the laws of supply and demand a little bit...

Someone really should write some sort of funny program that allows you to reroute 220 Volt from someone else's power supply to his keyboard. That way you have some "negotiation material" when another portscan passes by.
Micro$oft has been making money by bundling together other people's mistakes and calling it "development", "beta" or "Windows 95". Now their eyes have fallen on a whole new market: Viruses. How long will it be till the release of Micro$oft Antivirus: keep every spammer but us away?
