Two things, 1- According to the letter, they aren't cutting the cord, just lowering your upload speed if you don't disable file sharing.
2- They should define what a server is instead of just saying they are prohibited, im sure not everyone has the same view of one. Would AIM be a server since you can send files to others using it?
I just make backups of my backup data. with enough copies, you are bound to find one laying around somewhere...under the bed, in your car, on the fireplace, etc...

In order to download Lindows from their website and try it out, you STILL have to register to be an insider! They say that when the general release comes out, it will be downloadable for free. Now that THEY ARE SELLING LINDOWS TO THE PUBLIC, shouldn't the free downloadable open source version be public?
For radio astronomers' sake, let Iridium BURN!! its fairly impossible to listen for signals in the OH molecules 18 cm wavelength, if there are transmitters in orbit (iridium) broadcasting using that same wavelength.
