Whats the cpu? Speed? Is it Risc based? Is it (iPod) flashable for the entire os (not just the codecs)? Can you run linux on it? :)
Anyone else think its funny how they werer toting OS X as great because of how its gui looks and how bland others were (even compairing them to a 6 line LCD) and here they are releasing something that doesnt even have color. Irony.

Strongarm is a RISC based processer which of course means that it is related to the big-endian architecture. A 200mhz CISC processer is nothing in my real world experence. But your miles may vary. But this is A PDA, so you will probley like it alot more than a 200mhz p in your fanny pack.

The reason that I have a cell phone is because I dont like to be tied to the teather of my email (checked from home, where i work) and because I dont want to be teathered to my home phone either. Being a computer consultant is a job where you dont want to HAVE to be at home to get a call.

They are giving a good name to Linux in a few ways. If we didnt have them, linux would still be here (even for the better some might say) but I am sure that it would take people some time to adjust. They need something to hold onto in their head as a sign of quality. Colors and shapes comprise good names, just like a logo that can be drawn in the sand is constant reminder of how it (a company name) sticks with us. Redhat might not be the best (or perhaps you think they are) but they are doing something with Gnu/Linux that might have taken years to do. Thank them for that.

They are my DSL provider, and I have 8mbit down and 3mbit up FOR ONLY $69 a month. With 3 static ips even :)
