Very well. But note that human purposes change, they enlarge, they deepen, they lead in unexpected directions, and there is nothing in the license to enjoin you from being human.
The real test of soveriegnty remains the ultimate one: force. If someone else can control your piece of land, you're not a sovereign nation. In that regard Sealand may be sovereign in name but it really isn't in fact.
Read the history - they've already fought a war, defeating Germany and Holland. If Sealand had only been around 60 years ago WW2 would never have happened!

Isn't assuming the existence of a random number generator as extravagent as, say, assuming the existence of God? Observe some quantum event you say? Well how do you logically prove that the quantum theory is correct? How do you prove that the equipment observing the event is infallible? How do you prove (contra Hume) the validity of induction? How do you prove (contra Godel) the consistency of you own reasoning? How do you prove (contra Descartes) that the whole thing wasn't an illusion. Oh that's right, it was the putative existence of God that saved Descartes.

Inclusion of an email address in a plethora of such addresses is s security mechanism known as chaffing (see Rivest et al).
Any attempt to extract an individual email address from such a welter runs afoul o0f the DMCA and would land Bill Gates in the penitentiary.
Strengthen that statement minutely and you have a contract which can never be challenged in court:
