It's a bit ambiguous. Your sole purpose at the time you agree to the license must be to create content for Flash.
Very well. But note that human purposes change, they enlarge, they deepen, they lead in unexpected directions, and there is nothing in the license to enjoin you from being human.
The real test of soveriegnty remains the ultimate one: force. If someone else can control your piece of land, you're not a sovereign nation. In that regard Sealand may be sovereign in name but it really isn't in fact.
Read the history - they've already fought a war, defeating Germany and Holland. If Sealand had only been around 60 years ago WW2 would never have happened!
I was "offered" a job in Japan some years ago. The problem was that no one could say what my position would be, what the terms of employment would be, or what the salary would be. All of these decisions were the exclusive perogative of the President of the company, and I had to absolutely agree to accept the position, whatever it might be, before meeting the President. They thought it reasonable that I sign my life away, but unthinkable that I make the President lose face!
Isn't assuming the existence of a random number generator as extravagent as, say, assuming the existence of God? Observe some quantum event you say? Well how do you logically prove that the quantum theory is correct? How do you prove that the equipment observing the event is infallible? How do you prove (contra Hume) the validity of induction? How do you prove (contra Godel) the consistency of you own reasoning? How do you prove (contra Descartes) that the whole thing wasn't an illusion. Oh that's right, it was the putative existence of God that saved Descartes.
You've got to understand this guy's mindset. On the occasion of introducing himself to the staff at iCast he went over the whole catalog of CMGI's strategies. One of these was, in concert with his sometime cohort Richard Li of Pacific Century Cyberworks, to start broadcasting white noise on the high orbit X satellites that Li had bought from the Pentagon and thereby shut down communications worldwide.
"To suffer woes which Hope thinks infinite; To forgive wrongs darker than death or night;
To defy Power, which seems omnipotent;
To love, and bear; to hope till Hope creates
From its own wreck the thing it contemplates;
Neither to change, nor falter, nor repent;
This, like thy glory, Titan, is to be
Good, great and joyous, beautiful and free;
This is alone Life; Joy, Empire, and Victory!"
Freedom is not created, nor can it be curtailed, by governments, societies, or licenses, including the GPL. It is bestowed by the unquenchable self. Dostoevsky was freer than his jailer. Imprisoned in a cranny in the Tower, Raleigh wrote The History of the World. Of course I don't expect Stallman, with his slavishly Hobbesian mind, to understand this.

Actually, MS could never make use of these mailing lists.
Inclusion of an email address in a plethora of such addresses is s security mechanism known as chaffing (see Rivest et al).
Any attempt to extract an individual email address from such a welter runs afoul o0f the DMCA and would land Bill Gates in the penitentiary.
Strengthen that statement minutely and you have a contract which can never be challenged in court:
"The legal status of any clause does not affect the legal status of any clause."
If you could marry Taco's brains with Bill Gates' good looks.
Or did I get that backwards?
-- or is that redundant?

A cube is the most Nazi of all shapes - an utter surrender of beauty to uniformity.
