Does Amazon buy "inventory", a unlimited license (within a time frame), a maximum number of copies license, or metered license? If they buy "inventory" or even metered license why would book publishers care if Amazon sell books at below market value in order to get customers to buy other products.
If this doesn't exist, I think it's up to the authorities to provide one.
That is like trusting that the FBI to not install a rootkit on your servers after they gain access to it during a criminal investigation into one of your users. At least with the servers, you can reformat and restore backups. You can't change your DNA.
They really should just advertise the theoretical speed (or at least the average speed) like wired internet. Why do I care what frequencies and protocols they are using if they have wide coverage and fast speeds.
They should just have modular antennas. If you go to another country or carrier that doesn't support your frequencies/protocols, you can purchase a cheap and standardized antenna module, pop out the old one, and put the new one in. Plug-and-play.
If a suicidal terrorist really wanted to terrorized a population, they would intentionally catch Ebola and go through an airport, train station, or to a densely populated public event. Afterward, everyone would be afraid to go out into public. Anyone could be an unwitting agent of a terrorist plot.
Not really. Most of the good apps tend to bubble to the top where they get a lot of exposure. Now if you like to be "trendy", you are going to have to work harder.
A lot of PC games now days support the Xbox 360 controller right out of the box. Also, you no longer have to constantly upgrade your system to play games well. Most of the developers are developing with console being the lowest common denominator. Since new and more powerful console do not come around very often, the games are not designed to use cutting edge hardware.
Many times, the campus bookstore will outright refuse to stock previous editions of books even when a professor specifically requests and older version.
Does iOS or Android even have the native ability to add website shortcuts to the home screens or application menu? If they did, I think people might be more willing to use them.
I would argue that Apple's biggest asset is the apple symbol they stamp on all their products. It seems to have magical properties to make the average consumer deaf to all other alternative products.

It is a OR statement. The second command will only run if the first command returns a false;
Only if they want to significantly reduce the utility of the printers. Tube shapes are used for more than bullets.
I hope you are joking.
More likely that they will start making motorized, bipedal "wheelchairs" that can go anywhere a human can walk including stairs.
If something like that became easily accessible to the average person, the guards would probably have similar suits.
