    Traditionally one uses war to enforce your laws/beliefs on someone else's nation. Religious regimes have been seen using terrorism. The United States and Israel uses quick milit. intervention. Most contries uses boycuts and diplomacy.

    Most of the electronic equipment makers are not in any way owned by americans, while still a portion of Hollywood are in some way owned/controlled by americans.

    Bush seems like he is very patriotic (the word that rimes with idio...) and will probably listen the voice of Hollywood instead of some asian techies.

    Many journalists have pointed out that Bush' new ministers mostly are from the big old industrial type of businesses (e.g. oil-industry) and therefore have very little knowledge about IT. They will probably listen to the most powerful lobbyists, i.e. Hollywood and the big businesses.

    For many years PDA and cell-phones have been cheap, light and full of fancy features.

    Concerning hardware all you need to make such a PDAPhone-gizmo, is a cell-phone and a PDA. Remove the phones keyboard and display and connect the remaining transmitter/receiver-pieces to the PDA. Then cook some nice source and you are up running.

    Why have this taken so big companies so long? I wonder!!!
