1. The CD-copy is not playing in your friends CD or DVD players.
2. The CD-copy is not playing in your colleges computers.
3. You get complaints about the sound quality from multiple FastTrack clients.
Much more important: the article mentions that it produces no noise.
That will save me a headacke or two - my DELL Inspiron desktop-replacement starts an aeroplane everytime it does something harder than running an editor.

Actually Denmark has an exporting music-industry (remember that annoying "I'm a Barbie-girl" by Aqua?) these years in the ultra-pop genre. The main-export target is Asia. BTW Lars Ulrik's born and raised in Denmark...
The actual reason for this law is to protect the citizen who is downloading something that he/she has no chance of knowing whether the stuff is copyrighted.
