Actually Apple hired Microsoft to help program the GUI. Microsoft in turn agreed not to create their own GUI OS and we all know how that turned out. But in case there are some who don't...Apple sued Microsoft over Windows and lost, and lost, and lost, and lost but never quite suing until it looked like they were going to win and so in 1997 Microsoft bought $150 Million non-voting Apple shares and promised to keep making MAC Office for at least 5 more years.
I find it interesting that Steve Jobs ultimately became very much like the image of the oppressor he created in the MAC 1984 commercial.
Or...it was given but never looked at because the USPTO is buried with applications that they can't possibly devote the required resources to properly vet.
And until you hear directly from Anonymous that they did, in fact, pilfer the data, it's probably safer to assume it wasn't.
Of course Symantec will BLAME Anonymous for their data breach...It makes them look more like they were maliciously hacked instead of completely incompetent.
NOTICE!

If it weren't for lawyers writing the laws in such complex terms it REQUIRES another lawyer to interpret there would be no need for lawyers in the first place. Judges..yes. Lawyers...NO.
If you want a certified email then set up an electronic postal service and give the new certified domain to them. To send a certified email an account would need to be set up with them and your information verified before you are permitted to send anything through them. The domain would have a set range of IP addresses certified and when a recipient receives a an email from Bank of America if it isn't from BofA@USEPO.gov AND an IP in the white-listed range then delete it. The service would need to charge a fee to maintain the service but how much is your security worth?
That's basically what former senator Chris Dodd (Now MPAA Chairman) said in a statement he made. My favorite part was "Dodd blames the bills' reduced support on a slow timeline that allowed opposition to mobilize" which translates to "Congress should have just proposed/voted/passed the bill before anybody could get a look at it".

Try playing a Microsoft Games for Windows Live title. I was right in the middle of a big fight in Batman Arkham City when I got kicked out with a message telling me I had logged in to another PC. Turns out my wife had fired up the Xbox 360 to watch a DVD. It automatically signed me in and BAM!

Let me get this straight...You would rather the water flow continuously for a set time and then shut off rather than place a sensor on the floor in a place that should NEVER get wet and shut off instantly the moment it senses water? And for the record...Flow sensors are more expensive and high maintenance than flood sensors.
You obviously only looked at the first product and responded. Take a look at the product LINE. There are products for every conceivable configuration and budget up to and including shutting off the main.

Funny you should mention that
Looks like they can even bypass the pigs.
That's why WD40 has never been patented . If they applied for a patent they would have to reveal the formula.
BS! That is why they sue the piss out of anybody that can be proven to have downloaded music, to return all the lost profits to the creator.
I'm not sure how valuable any one individual's piss is but I'm sure the creator appreciates the return of all his Prophets.

Saves over $40K a year in operation costs in the IT budget, and the guy was a jerk.
If you were only paying me $40K a year I'd be a jerk too. I'm not saying his skill set was worth more but I'm sure HE thought it was.

I support users... Users will be using Unity, I need to know it. The world doesn't revolve around me.

I was playing a friend head to head...and losing. I couldn't let that stand!
DUH? Of course the person "flaming" the article is a fag...or at the very least a cross-dresser.
You want to talk RSI? try playing Street Fighter II on the SNES for 16 hours straight. I had to have thumb splints for months!
