Then you are wrong. The device is targeted to businesses for backup purposes. This isn't the next Video format.
businesses that need this volume for archives and backups will either use HDD or tape, the only place where i would see a use for these is where we want a write once media i could see this used for hi definition video logs of court rooms, and congressional records and such where you don't want to make it easy to falsify the records which need to be stored for postarity.
I don't know about that but if you go into your account settings and edit the information they have on you and you can request a report on your google usage be delivered via Email to you.
we live ins computer controled civilization willful ignorance of how to use them is a major problem. car ananlogy
We expect people who own a car to be trained to drive it, and part of the training is basic maintenance and knowledge of how it works. people know how to change out spark plugs and add fluids swap light bulbs put in new filters change a tire etc.
but with computers they don't bother to learn the don't want to learn and the actively avoid training. they don't want lo learn how to secure their computer the don't want know any of it they want to just click the magic box and have it do things for them. that is bad
They're not going for criminal copyright violation
I don't understand why. They sold songs they didn't have legal rights to.
If any of us had done that, we'd have *AA lawyers hammering on our doors. So why in hell should a media company be given anything less than the full penalty for this?
But somehow an incompetent company who can't keep tabs on what they're licensed to sell is only going to be pursued for civil violations?
Atari owned the rights to make D&D based computer rpg's does that right get sold or returned to hasbro or is it under another branch of atari? If it is under this branch of atari what happens to the lawsuit against beam dog over the baldurs gate enhanced edition that is holding up the android and linux ports from being released.
EA are just a bunch of assholes Disney is a bunch of evil assholes that buy laws to extend their power like the Micky Mouse/Sonney Bono copyright extension.
the best way to get your money would have an attorney draft a letter telling them that you plane to file a case in small claims court for the cost of one laptop battery plus legal fees, point out that the cost of giving you a new battery would cost them less than it would to fight the case even if they won.
nope all previously licensed copies and their derivatives retain their license your changes do not apply retro actively only to new copies that you ditribute.
I don't work for the government, nor do I work for a government contractor. I think Snowden is an arrogant fool.
Since I know I am not a moron, after a number of objective tests and a lifetime of experience, I am forced to conclude that you are talking out of your ass.

An 8 second Google search (I'm on a slow connection) gives the following possibilities:
Member of Parliament
Military Police
Mounted Police
Mezzo Piano
Take a guess.
"Major Peckerhead" would be my first guess as it is someone in government.
