    I do not believe that is correct. I have not been able to find anything on Finnish entrapment laws other then a few posts saying there are none.

    Well you seem to be applying US law to Finland which does not work. I do not know what entrapment entails in Finland, but you have definitely described how it works in the US.

    It seems Finland does not have any laws regarding entrapment.

    YouTube would only have taken it down once, That's how the law works. They file a claim YouTube takes it down, you file a counter claim, YouTube restores it. They are now protected from legal action. Obviously what you posted was infringing since it actually did go to court (and you defaulted because you're poor and wrong)

    Which is why it is the law today.... wait that's not right. The outcry over SOPA stopped it from being passed so I am not sure that amounted to nothing.

    The typical deep-cycle battery does NOT need to be retired in 24 to 26 months lead acid deep-cycle batteries are more like 4 to 8 years longer if you treat them well. If you want to double that spend a little more (ok a lot) and get surrette deep cycle batteries, typical lifespan range is 7 to 15 years.

    The patent office just issues patents, they think the courts are where those type of disputes should be handled. The courts think that since the patent office issued the patent it must be valid.

    You have two sides, neither of which are doing their job because they figure the other is.
